My friend Emily is a part of Seaspar's EAGLES. I appreciate to no end, the support and experiences they provide for her. I follow online all of Seaspar's activities, and functions. I am so grateful that their programs exist for my friend, and for all of those who can benefit from them. Seaspar is truly a blessing.
