Speak! for the Unspoken is one of the best rescues in all of Ohio. The passion is palpable and with every thing they do, they strive to be the best. Speak takes in dogs that no other rescue will and works to make sure that every dog goes to the very best home for them. They work to educate the public on special needs dogs and strive to create a community of special needs pet owners. Wonderful organization!
