Terry, who manages ARM in Kentucky, was very interested and supportive in my situation. I lost my husband and became unable to care for my beautiful Arabian on my own. Terry always answered the phone when I called. She was very generous with all of the information I needed to support this life changing decision. Terry assured me that I am able to contact her at any time with any questions or concerns about his wellbeing in his new environment. I was unable to transfer him myself. My Farrier, Nora Miller, who operates Natural Hoof Care in TN, transported him with all of his supplies to the location. Nora made the trip non-stop for as little agitation as possible. This, specifically, put my heart at ease knowing he was being treated with such care. This has been one of the most difficult decisions I have ever had to make in my life, giving my Arabian away. Knowing that he is in a beautiful environment with like-minded caregivers is the only way I can begin to heal. I hope this helps someone else who has to make such a difficult decision.
