I spent 2 weeks at Soi Dog in December 2017. I wish I could've stayed longer, as it was such a positive experience for me.
The dogs were so lovely to work with - they were always so happy to be out for a walk, or just out for some one on one time with a volunteer. I also loved spending time with the cats during the day.
Soi Dog has made such a positive impact on the lifestyle for dogs not only in Phuket or Thailand, but across Southeast Asia.
If you are traveling to Thailand, make the time to spend at least 3 weeks (although any amount of time helps!) volunteering at Soi Dog.
