Thank to FSF speaker program i had the opportunity to travel to another country to do a workshop, to help developer learn and improve, to share passion and skill.
They multiple times engaged me trying to explain how was possible to improve or how they can help.
Board members were really nice to listen to feedback, and try help grow community efforts, trying to remove the friction where possibile.
