August 2016 , on a Saturday evening I was alerted to a herd of 28 arabians in a neighboring town that were destined to be sold at auction in 4 days, due to a boarders lien. They were in bad shape, body condition scores as low as 1.5. I knew I needed help to get them out of harms way . I was told to reach out to ARM. Thank goodness I did. ARM stepped up and our community raised over $15k to save the whole herd! Terry at ARM personally came to the auction to make sure all horses were purchased by loving homes, or by ARM . It was a whirlwind of a 4 day period but we all 28 horses found safe soft landings.
I couldn't ask for a greater organization to step in and help when the need arises. Honest, trustworthy, ethical.
