Review for Business Council For Peace, Inc. (Bpeace), Winston Salem, NC, USA

Rating: 5 stars

As I said in my very first review of Bpeace and continue to say today, for me, this is a match made in heaven. I’ve always wanted to give back to the country that gifted me such a happy childhood and Bpeace has enabled and empowered me to do so in the best possible way - combining my interests, professional skills, personal connections, and cultural background. What has kept me here since 2017?
- The satisfaction of being able to make a tangible difference … that’s highly appreciated.
- The close relationships I’ve been able to build with the businesses I’ve mentored.
- The commitment I see from the President, the Board, the Executive Council ( which I am a part of now) and the whole organization to making this a better and better organization every day ( the sky is the limit attitude).
- Last but not least, the unbelievable support and camaraderie from the Bpeace staff out in the field, which to me, is their secret to success.

Working with BPeace in El Salvador was a match made in heaven. I was born and raised in El Salvador, so I have always dreamed of going back to help in a tangible way. BPeace enabled my dream by pairing me up with an energetic up-and-coming entrepreneur that tapped precisely into my expertise (strategy, branding, marketing, particularly for Latin America). Why it worked so well ... 1) BPeace took the time we needed to find the right fit and the best timing for both of us, 2) they provided guidance and structure, but were very open to adapting based on my expertise and background, 3) they allowed me the necessary time to get to know my client and understand the situation virtually, before spending a week with them in El Salvador and, last but not least, 4) I was able to team up with their country manager, as needed, to bring in an objective local and BPeace perspective. Highly recommend it, and even more, if you speak Spanish or Spanglish ...
