Review for American Black And Tan Coonhound Rescue Inc, Canton, OH, USA
ABTCR or coonhoundrescue.com has done much to improve me as a human. The group is sincerely dedicated to helping and saving as many lives and improve upon the well-being of rescued coonhounds across the nation. Financial resources are totally for the dogs and the amount of time and personal resources provided directly by volunteers magnifies the benefits generated by the group. For years, I have stated ABTCR is the most efficient and well-managed NGO I have seen. [My previous life involved precise profit and loss metrics for financial institutions.] Pictured is one of our latest charges, a nearly perfect Bluetick girl. Secondly, are my two ABTCR rescues - Grace and Buzz - our pack alphas. All of them were condemned to death but then, they were saved. And for that I am better. Thank you.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Donate. Increase foster enrollment. Evangelize the "Glories of Rescuing Coonhouns"! And find political ways to force limited breeding and prosecute irresponsible humans. "ROTTI" - "Responding Others To Those Irresponsible" - Cleaning up the messes of others. But that requires a mega-PAC... But that is the failure of humans, not the organization's.
