I am a single mother of 3 who lost everything in Hurricane Harvey are area was so badly damaged that no one could get in or out unless they walked we only had the clothes on are back no food , no water , and no hope . There wasn't even any stores or gas stations open to but anything. We noticed the doors open on a building we never paid attention to before . it was the Jimmy Poole Sr Foundation They were just as flooded as we were But had managed to keep supplies like food and clothing dry and welcomed us in and not only provided food , dry clothes and hygiene care but game us the greatest gift. Hope. My Family will never forget.
