As other have said - be wary. Their web site has been down for a long time. They are not helpful or friendly on the phone. Look at what other people say and look at their financials. If you are interested in supporting Tibetans, I suggest you look further for professional and reliable organizations - International Campaign for Tibet, Tibet Fund, etc. There are several good ones doing great work.
