Inflated salary's repetitive services with other established agencys. Task with running city homeless shelter but diverting funding to non essential case management at the expense of the shelter sub stard bed unsafe food hand unsanitary conditions at shelter. Need immediate audit and investigation. just a good ole boy and girl club soaking city funds and providing sub standard care to homeless population.
