American Special Children’s Pilgrimage Group is made up of many dedicated volunteers. Some work behind the scenes helping to raise money to take special needs children and young adults to Lourdes, France for a once in a lifetime experience. They travel at no cost to their families.

ASCPG has changed my life! I have made six pilgrimages as a helper to a young person with special needs. Each trip fills my heart with tremendous joy and love. To see the happiness on the faces of the children and young adults we bring can’t even be put into words. The respite this trip provides to the families of these special people can’t be measured. The special needs pilgrims are taken to Lourdes at no cost to their families. The volunteer helpers raise the money to bring the children. They also give up an entire week of their time to make this very special pilgrimage. I can’t think of a better way or place to spend a week. I am looking forward to making my seventh trip this Easter.
