I've seen firsthand the work that ARTBAR has done over the past year with the animals in and around Mingo, WV and it is simply amazing. Jessica never turns away animals because they are too injured or there are too many, she makes the most of every resource and works tirelessly to rehab and rehome the forgotten dogs in her region. Her compassion is unsurpassed and it's been a joy to watch this rescue grow over the past few months. Keep up the great work!!
