Smile Train is pure good in this world. They change a child's life forever. That child can join in, have friends, get married, and be loved without shame.
The best thing I think is that they train surgeons in other countries how to perform the operation, so they can do it independently. "Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime!"
