We have gone through the Fortified Marriage book and classes about 4 times throughout our 30 years of marriage and we have grown each and every time! It is based on God's word and the lessons help strengthen our marriage in a variety of ways! This is by far, the best marriage class and reference we have ever used. We highly recommend Chris and Carmen's materials!
