The VHCDC has been a life line for deveoping relationships that allow for continuing education for building strong communities. Not only do they provide homeowner classes, entrepreneur and business classes but they have developed statigic relationships with key alliances that assist individules in acccomplish these pursuits. VHCDC continually seeks opportunities to serve the greater Tidewater area. Being involved with VHCDC has been a win-win for our family!
