Matt was so compassionate and mindful of my cat that was dying. He made sure that my cat and I were as comfortable as possible. He gave me the option of having her an explained everything and it really made a difference for me to understand what to expect. Matt gave me time before and after to spend with my dear cat and I am so grateful for having this experience instead of what I went through years ago with another elderly pet.
