My Nonprofit Reviews

Review for Breast Cancer Options Inc, Kingston, NY, USA
After diagnoses and treatment I was following up w/ a check up at the Radiologist. I looked at the material that was provided for support. That's how I found BCO. I was shocked that they offered a camp for my children. All through out my sickness, my children seemed to be put in the background. My children LOVE Camp Lightheart,I do too. This will be the 3rd summer that my son will be going and my daughter will be returning as a volunteer this year. I love the people and the whole idea behind this wonderful, magical place that is JUST for the kids who's lives have been touched by this terrible disease-I highly recommend it, children have other children to interact with who have the same fears and feelings in a safe and fun enviroment.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
My son who had a tougher time I think than my daughter, comes back from camp excited, telling me all of the wonderful things he did and saw while he was there. This has helped him realize that he is not the only one going through this ordeal.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
From Camp Lightheart to support meetings to asking questions BCO is always there for me-AND my family
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
The volunteers are terriffic you could'nt ask for nicer, more knowledgeable people.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Touch a wider margin of people who would benefit from their services-which would be a wondeful thing.
