I've adopted dogs from a number of rescue organizations over the years. I've never experienced one that devotes as much attention, love, and expertise to the process as CARE. They truly do CARE - about their animals and about the families that are welcoming them. The knowledge that the adoption counselors have of the animals and their ability to understand what will "work" for a potential adopter create an exceptional experience.

I've experienced a number of animal shelters when seeking to adopt a dog. CARE is far better than any I've dealt with. Their volunteers are dedicated and committed and truly know the dogs and their natures and needs. They also work hard to understand your family's needs, desires and capabilities and match you with the right pet. Their support doesn't stop when the adoption is complete. They continue to be available to help and ensure a successful outcome -- for you and for the dog. It is truly an exceptional organization.
