Dancin Power is an amazing organization run by a passionate and fearless leader Vania D. It was Vania's love of dance and compassion for children and families that helped her spurn this non-profit that seeks to provide a positive experience to children who are hospitalized and/or receiving hospice care. Dancin Power teachers visit children's hospitals throughout California, provide dance and wellness education to children, and bringing a bit of joy into their lives with fun and uplifting music and movement designed for all types of physical abilities. In addition to the health benefits the children also receive individual costumes, as well as stickers and t-shirts. Kids (and their family members) often leave class with their spirits lifted, and a little more hope with another class to look forward to. It truly is an amazing non-profit!
