The Gaskov Clerge Foundation has been very active in the Haitian community for over a decade. Members of this organization are extremely dedicated to educating, helping, and protecting the people of Haiti, more specifically in the south of Haiti (where most of the founders are from). This organization is dear to my heart since my family is also from the south of Haiti. Their influence in Les Cayes has tremendously improved the healthcare in that area. The members of the organization include doctors, nurses, other health practitioners, volunteers and students who are devoted to improve the health care system in the southern area of Haiti. I am proud to call this my organization and I take any opportunity to assist in any way I can.
