Ruby was only a few weeks old when she was brought into the emergency clinic with two broken front legs.

Her owners claimed she fell down a flight of stairs and they were unable to pay for her care. The breaks were pretty severe and the veterinary questioned whether she would ever walk again. Euthanasia was considered. But then 4 Paws 1Heart stepped in and convinced the owners to sign Ruby over to them.

4P1H gave Ruby a second chance at life by paying for her care and surgery.

From there she faced a long road of recovery. Both of her tiny legs were bound in a homemade cast made from bandages and popsicle sticks.

When her legs finally healed and she was ready to be adopted our family gave her a home. Today she is very loved and dear to us.

Thank you Gina and 4 Paws 1 Heart for giving her the chance to live a happy and normal life.  This a truly a great organization that does amazing work.

Our family cannot say enough good things about 4Paws 1Heart. Thank you for saving Ruby and all these abandoned and abused animals just like her.
