St Louis Pet Rescue is a fantastic organization. The volunteers really care about animals and go out of their way to provide the best care for their animals. They carefully screen people who are seeking to adopt to ensure the animal is a good fit for the home and it will be the pet's new furever home. We were looking to adopt a pair of kittens for my son and we stumbled across the cutest pair (a black male and his sister a beautiful tortie) . My son loves his kitties so much, but I have always been partial to orange tabbies. With encouragement from my husband, we contacted the foster family and let them know we were interested in an orange tabby kitten, preferably a male. Coincidentally, she had three that were not quite ready for adoption, but would be soon. Long story short, we now have four kitties, all within a couple months of each other and our home is full of joy, scampering paws and tinkering bells.
