We are so fortunate to have Jacob's Heart in our area. They provide practical assistance to the families they serve - bill assistance, transportation coordination, grocery delivery, resource referrals, etc - to alleviate some of the stress the families are facing. But what the Jacob's Heart team does goes beyond those things... they provide emotional support, hospital and home visits, family events, expressive arts, parent mentors, support groups, and a whole lot of heart! The staff cares deeply about helping the families and I think you can feel that the moment you walk in the door.
