Since I started working with Outreach International as a human development facilitator, I have learnt so many things, which are of benefit to me, my family as well as the communities I have been with. I like the approach/ strategy that Outreach International use as a tool to resolution of the issues, Participatory Human Development Process which involves those who are affected to participate, which also justifies that no one knows everything. I also learnt that provision of skills is the best way to prosperity rather than provision of material help. So Participatory Human Development Process is the best tool to resolution of issues because it fits in all situations, raises the people’s consciousness to develop trust in themselves.
