Review for Pesticide Action Network Regional Centers, San Francisco, CA, USA
This is the North American fiscal sponsor of an internationally linked network that has done more to eliminate seriously bad pesticides than just about any other nonprofit out there. This group links with groups in 60 countries around the world, working from the community level up to the meeting rooms of the UN and the Stockholm convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants, for instance, to bring together people affected by pesticide-linked disease and the entities that regulate and control them.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
increased control and elimination of toxic pesticides around the world.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
HIGH level of integrity and connection to communities that are almost always voiceless and invisible to corporations and governments.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
passionate and hard-working and diverse.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
leverage not just their work, but the work of other organizations around the world to strengthen their frontal assault on agro-chemical corporations who are allowed to poison the world.
