As a donor, volunteer and board member for AFC, I have had the chance to interact with patients, providers, volunteers and staff. Everyone is singularly committed to providing the best quality health services to the clinic's patients. We support the clinic--with our time, money and talent--because it is the right thing to do for our community.

Role: Volunteer & I help patients make appointments for follow-up care, I assist doctors and nurses in using the electronic medical record, and I work with the Board and staff on fundraising and awareness activities.
