Being apart of Leadership Initatives is such a blessing and honor. To be able to work one on one with business owners from Nigeria is an experience like no other! It is so incredible to see the change and difference you are not only able to make in others lives but also your own. In addition to all of this, it is such a pleasure to work with Mr. Marshall Bailly. He truly runs an incredible organization and no one works as hard as him and the LI team. They are so caring and truly care about not only the business but the business owners and the students. I am eternally grateful to be apart of LI because this has allowed me to grow and develop as a person. This has been one of the most rewearing experiences of my life.
