I first started working with Boston Terrier Rescue of Greater Houston when I adopted my first dog (as an adult). After my pup grew up a little bit, I decided fostering was something I wanted to do, so I contacted BTRGH and started fostering pups. 4 years later I'm heavily involved with the rescue, take on the dogs with medical issues, get them nursed back to health and ready for adoption.

BTRGH has an extensive process to make sure that all dogs are healthy and go to the right home. Every dog that gets returned means another one is not saved... so they take care to place them appropriately.

This group is like a family to me, and we all care deeply for the animals we rescue. This is one of the best rescue groups in existence, and I've worked with several.
