If I would die today and given a chance to live again, I would always choose  to work with Outreach International (OI).  This organization has given me the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of many people trapped in the vicious cycle of poverty. With my work as Human Development Facilitator (HDF), I have personally witnessed how the less fortunate and hopeless people were empowered to act collectively to resolve issues of poverty affecting them for a long time. My heart was filled with joy! It was such a fullfilment to see how they successfully resolved their issues, which according to them are not for themselves but for the future generations. This was made possible by Outreach International's powerful approach/methodology, which is the Participatory Human Development Process (PHDP).OI's investment is to empower people in the community; these people in return also empower other communities. The touch of OI starts a ripple of empowerment with the hope of attaining sustainable development and eradicate poverty in the future.
