My family first became aware of this organization when my youngest daughter auditioned for a part in the Nutcracker. From the moment she saw and met some of the older dancers who were part of the company, she was determined that she too would become a member. After a few more years of dance class and participation with the company as an extra, my daughter realized her goal and was accepted into the company. Since joining the company she has grown incredibly as a dancer; her confidence and poise have also grown. Through her participation in the company she has learned the value of hard work and determination in reaching a goal. She has also truly learned what team work means. Since becoming part of this organization, my family and I have volunteered many hours helping with productions, but the hours of hard work are all worth it to see the joy on the faces of the dancers and the audience members when the company takes the stage.
