Thrive Alabama is a shining star and bright light for Alabama and the North Alabama community. The senior leadership's commitment to compassionate care is evident and manifests at every level of the organization. It is my absolute pleasure to be associated with this organization. When I think about Thrive, the word that consistently comes to mind is PASSION. The leadership and staff's passion for the agency's mission and customers is evident in all of the hard work and effort that everyone puts into every aspect of the service. Not only is the agency committed to providing compassionate service, but the agency is committed to being impactful and being a resource for the greater community. As a board member, I have learned so much about the many issues facing communities when it comes to health care and the importance of community involvement and advocacy .
