My Nonprofit Reviews

I first heard about this organization when I was browsing through career fair tables in Villanova University. I always have been interested in working for nonprofits and I did not think the career fair would have any of them. Therefore, I went up to talk to Tom, the Chief Sock Person as he calls himself. He told me stories from the street, from the homeless people he met and from all the schools that did socks drives. I was so moved that not only I signed up for the volunteer list but also took on the responsibilities of social media for The Joy of Sox. I cannot stress enough how much Tom has taught me and how much positive impact The Joy of Sox will have on the community.
