CATS CAN is awesome! One day, my Mom, sister, and I went to our local pet store for some supplies. Of course we had to look at the cats that were up for adoption! There was a 3 year old black, female cat that was sitting in the back of her cage and her name was Bynx. We love the movie Hocus Pocus with the black cat named Bynx so we were OMG that's so sweet! Turns out Bynx hadn't been adopted in 4 months and since it was Black Friday, she was free! My Mom got all teary that Bynx hadn't been adopted yet, but with 2 cats, 2 birds, and fish we didn't need another pet. We went our way to get the items we needed and next thing you know, my Mom is filling out the paperwork to adopt Bynx! We didn't even know anything about her personality because we didn't have any interaction with her. The volunteer was super nice and gave us all the info we needed, including the # of the woman who fostered Bynx. We found out Bynx was picked up on the street by animal services and was rescued by that volunteer 2 days before she was to be put down! She's such a good, sweet girl and we love her dearly! She was a little shy and didn't like our boy cats for quite some time. She did have a fondness of being near us at all times though! She's so well behaved and we call her 'Bynxie Princess" because she's spoiled and rules the roost! We were SO very pleased with CATS CAN and my sister and I promote and recommend then all the time on social media. They're a really great organization and the folks that volunteer are wonderful!
