I have been volunteering with and fostering dogs for over a year. I am continually impressed with the care the dogs receive while at the shelter.

Many years ago I adopted a wonderful dog from AWLA and it was a great experience. Gracie was my first dog, and AWLA was wonderful about providing helpful information. I now serve as a volunteer and occasional foster working with the dogs and continue to be impressed with the kindness and compassion the staff has towards all of the animals. Great job, AWLA!
