I feel so blessed to be a witness to the unconditional love and joy Kairos Prison MInistry spreads by sharing the Word with so many. Before my interactions with this organization i had never realized the depth of God's love, or even that I was loved. It has been 10 years or so since I was selected to participate in events with Kairos, and I am thankful DAILY still for the skills and guidance they have given me in my life. I learned from them the importance of carrying the mission to others, to help others stay out of prison and lead a decent, centered life. The sacrifices of time and money the volunteers unselfishly give of themselves is beyond amazing. While they don't seem to seek rewards or recognition, Kairos deserves much thanks and recognition.

Experiencing Kairos gave me hope. It made me know I was not alone, Gid was always with me. Through the weekend, Prayer and Share, reunions and retreats, I was strengthened and encouraged. I've been home over 4 years. I give talks at churches, bake cookies, make agape and sign up for prayer chains.. I learned you don't just leave prison, you turn around and share the gift you've been given to help the next person. God is good, all the time. What a blessing Kairos is!
