NWBR saved Chloe from a certain fate where she would be no longer on this earth. They took her in at 6 weeks old and were preparied to spend any amount the help her try and walk on all fours. I was the lucky one who was her foster at the time and I fell in love with this sweet girl and I asked NWBR if I could be her forever mom! And that wish was granted. Thank you NWBR for saving this little girls life and letting her live it to the fulliest.
