Review for Doxie Rescue of Bucks County & NJ, Morrisville, PA, USA
We got involved with Doxie Rescue almost 5 years ago when we adopted 2 rescue dachshunds from this organization. We adopted our two dachshunds 2 weeks apart and have been involved with DRBC ever since in supporting their fund raising events as well as cash donations. The organization leaders work tirelessly to ensure each of their intakes gets a well deserved home and medical care if needed. After seeing how the organization and volunteers work in saving dachshunds, with every dollar they take in going to the care of the animals, I cannot think of a better nonprofit for us to support.

I have such great respect and admiration for this organization. The volunteers work tirelessly to deliver the medical care, emotional support, and love for each and every dachshund that they welcome into their rescue. It is a well oiled machine from rescue, foster homes, adoptions, and fund raising. It’s a win-win-win for every adoption. The dog, it’s new family, and the rescue all benefit. The dogs that are evaluated as unadoptable (whether due to age or special needs) also are well taken care of and placed in the GrandPaws Prigram where they will have a home for the rest of their lives.
As a donor and client served I applaud the rescue’s efforts and commend it for a job well done. Hopefully, this organization will be in existence for many years to come to keep up their good work.

I adopted 2 rescues from this organization 3 years ago and I have nothing but praise for what this rescue does. The volunteers work tirelessly in order to save dachshunds from abuse and in some cases even death. The rescue cares so much for the breed and it shows in everything they do-whether fund raising, posting on FB, making sure the dachshunds are given the medical attention they might need, and finding forever homes for the lucky dogs that were rescued. Since I have adopted my 2 dachshunds, this non-profit has a special place in my heart for giving me my 2 loves.
