Harvest Bridge has changed the way we think of missions. Their goal is "to equip indigenous Christian ministries in South Asia to serve more effectively." Because they are not creating ministries, but are supporting people who already live in these areas, Harvest Bridge is able to do humanitarian and missionary tasks for a fraction of the cost of traditional mission organizations. They have a very small U.S. staff who are very conscientious and prayerful about their work. They provide regular updates about the people/ministries they work with. The pastoral training, education and other support that Harvest Bridge provides are making a big impact in the lives of people in South Asia and also on our lives as we witness true faithfulness in action.
