I personally did not go to prom my junior or senior year because I could not afford a suit. I cannot get that opportunity back. Julia Rutland and her group understand how important self-esteem is especially to a young adult. And, how important some events in a young life can be. The Gifted Gown creates not only a wonderful shopping experience for those less fortunate, but creates lasting memories. To see the faces of the kids at the annual community event for The Gifted Gown and their families sharing in the experience is something special! I'm proud to know the people of The Gifted Gown!! My kids and I look forward to working with them again and often!!
