Julie is a most amazing vet. She gives it a 100% and then some. Her speciality is with birds, particularly parrots. She uses every opportunity to educate parrot owners to help them know the things to watch for. Her Bird Rescue takes in many birds and no matter how sick she does absolutely everything possible to save them.
