I have lived at Episcopal Place for 5 years now. I love living here. Each of the staff members is friendly, caring, and helpful. We have so many "extras" here: a bus to go to grocery or Wal mart, transportation to doctors offices, holiday parties, inexpensive lunches we can order if we are not wanting to cook, well run maintenance department to keep our apartments in good working order, two laundry rooms so we do not have to go off campus for laundry, a beauty shop for getting hair and nails done on site, a library with books we can borrow . We get movies with popcorn on the big screen TV in commons room, a birthday party each month sponsored by different churches in Birmingham, and knowledgeable people to talk to us about many subjects important to senior citizens.

I had heard good things about Episcopal Place before I applied for an apartment here, but the reality of living here has indeed far exceeded my expectations.
