I am a long time donor. I love being a part of this community! People who need a little bit of non-traditional help - to keep their homes, jobs, cars- reach out to the Modest Needs community. As a donor, I can support any cause that resonates with me. It's easy to find people in your city, veterans, senior citizens or special requests for help with education, transportation, or to maintain independence. If there is a project that needs immediate funding, a message goes out to the community - we can mobilize quickly when needed. This is so personal - I know where my donation goes, I know their story, and I know what this helps means to them. Best of all, we help provide peace of mind, and keep people from becoming a part of the 'system' - where no money for new brakes means no job, which means no food, then no home. It's hard to come back from that. And any donation, no matter how small, is used and so very appreciated. Modest Needs is a great organization!
