I have been a volunteer at PHS for about 7 years. I work mostly in the Behavior Department, run by Maria Eguren. In recent years, I have worked with Maria to evaluate how adoptable dogs do with children of various ages -- so that adoptions are a good match. Maria is so knowledgeable about dogs, and great to work with. All in all, I love volunteering at PHS and very much appreciate the great work the shelter does.
