I have been on the Stone House board for over 10 years, and each year am amazed and impressed with all that the extremely dedicated management and staff have accomplished. Stone House's community programs have greatly expanded, and services have remained steady through the pandemic, with Stone House folks finding ways to reach people including domestic violence victims, without compromising their safety. The staff are a thoughtful, passionate group of people who go the extra mile for our clients every day. The new Stone House building is nearly complete, after numerous challenges arose (as in any construction project, with the pandemic overlay contributing) and were overcome by excellent work and heroic efforts of management and staff. I am so impressed with how everyone pulls together for the benefit of those we serve. The new building will allow Stone House to house more people, and will expand community services many times over what exists today. The need is great, and everything Stone House does has a direct, meaningful impact in the lives of people who need our help. Supporting Stone House is a powerful way to help effect change on a very personal level.

I have been on the Board for about 10 years, and I continue to serve because of the amazing leadership and staff there. They have had a positive impact on the lives of so many people, including not only Elizabeth Stone House residents, but also those in the surrounding areas who have benefited from ESH's community programs. I cannot say enough about the commitment of the folks working at ESH, and being associated with what they do is a great honor.
