Having been a river guide for decades, I have witnessed the healing power of all that rivers, wilderness, camps and firesides can bring to the soul. This organization was the brainchild of a remarkable couple whose lives revolved around wilderness rafting and guiding and who also faced serious illness in their own lives. The organization has evolved into one of the most remarkable ways to rejuvenate the spirit and connect to the beauty of our world at those times in life when one is most in need of hope and healing.
