Review for National Encephalitis Foundation Inc, San Jose, CA, USA
NEF was run by Debra Caires. There was information regarding the disease and an email support group. This hasn't been in existence for years.

At first I did meet others with encephalitis but Debra dropped the ball and left everyone hanging. We had a fundraising dinner in California but nobody else seems to know where those funds went.

not allow it to be called or own the name, "National Encephalitis Foundation"
