I have volunteered as a driver for NeighborRide for 2 years. Unlike many of my fellow drivers, I'm still working , and work the rides in to my daily schedule. I've met wonderful people who regularly bring new perspective to my life. Moreover, the tiny but effective paid staff have such an organized operation that is a volunteers dream! The devil is in the details and they've got them figured out!
