Review for The Albert Schweitzer Fellowship, Boston, MA, USA
This organization provides a doorway where people who want to help the community in need can step in and find Mentors, tools, support and some funds to be used. i found it a very fascinating experience as i tried to help induce self management support system for chronic disease management in homeless people.

i have seen this organization help several students plan and implement several strategies to reduce health disparities in the needy communities. This makes a huge impact on the people served as the students are well mentored by a faculty and a site mentor
