I have worked as an advisor with SRA for the past 4 years, and as of now, my caseload is 26 students in various stages of their college career. I am motivated by my students to do whatever possible to help them reach their career and educational goals. They are focused, driven, passionate, and deserving of the support and encouragement that will help them reach their goals. SRA is consistently focused on the social, academic, and mental well-being of the students in their programs. The advisors and staff are dedicated, passionate professionals who really believe in the work they are doing. I have the privilege of interacting with my students and bearing witness to their incredible growth and success. I love this job and I am so grateful for the work SRA is doing to create positive change in our community.
